Primary Recruitment Recap
Looking back on January, it was such a special month as we welcomed 46 new Alphas from Primary Recruitment and Continuous Open Recruitment! Alpha Iota held two successful weekends of Primary Recruitment – huge thank you to our recruiters, data team, decorations committee, speakers, and food runners / prep! It was a team effort and it paid off with our incredible new Alpha Class.
Date Party Success & Looking Forward to Formal
On Thursday, February 15 2024, Alpha Iota held our annual Spring Date Party! The theme was Mardi Gras, with incredible decorations and accessories spread out across the venue, with attendees thoroughly enjoying the beaded masks and necklaces. We are looking forward to our second social event this semester, Spring Formal, happening Friday, March 29 2024 at PNC Park, home to where the Pittsburgh Pirates play. Thank you to our wonderful Vice President of Event Management Alexa for planning such wonderful events!
Chapter Retreat & Sweet Sisterhood Moments
Just two weekends ago, Ashley, our Vice President of Membership Experience, planned and executed our Spring Chapter Retreat for all alphas and deltas. The theme was Alice in Wonderland, with sisters painting tote bags and small jewelry dishes, as well as enjoying catering from Panera! Our amazing Sisterhood Program Specialist, Lilly, has also been keeping Alpha Iota busy with several walks throughout Schenley Park as the weather has been sunny and warm as well as a stop at the local Phipps Conservatory.
